  • We always strive to deliver your parcel within 1 to 2 working days, In shaa Allah. However, please note this is a general estimate, not a guarantee, as delivery is handled by third-party courier services. In some cases, they may take longer than expected.
  • If a customer wishes to exchange a product that has no defects, the delivery charge will be double (for both return and reshipment of the product).
  • Polli Mela does not cancel orders without valid reason. However, Polli Mela reserves the right to cancel any order at any time without prior notice or justification.
